Incident Summary:

07/09/2017: Assailants opened fire on an Armed Forces of Myanmar patrol in Tinmay, Rakhine, Myanmar. During the ensuing clash, planted explosive devices also detonated near the soldiers. At least two assailants were killed and another assailant was arrested in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
