Incident Summary:

07/23/2017: Assailants attacked Moroccan United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) peacekeepers protecting a water tanker convoy in Bangassou, Mbomou, Central African Republic. At least one peacekeeper was killed and three other peacekeepers were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Anti-Balaka Militia.
