Incident Summary:

07/26/2017: An explosive device detonated targeting the 124-km marker of the Cano Limon-Covenas Oil Pipeline in Cedeno, Cubara, Boyaca, Colombia. There were no reported casualties in the blast. This was one of two related attacks on the pipeline in this area on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
