07/28/2017: Assailants opened fire on a military base in Jale, Kaho-Keji district, Yei River, South Sudan. Security forces repelled the assault and there were no reported casualties. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sudan People's Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO).
