Incident Summary:

08/11/2017: Assailants opened fire on civilians at a mosque in Chah Ab, Takhar, Afghanistan. At least 10 people were killed and 20 people were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to loyalists of a former commander of Hizb-I-Islami.
