Incident Summary:

08/18/2017: Assailants opened fire on Christian sanitation employees working for Al-Bayrak, a Turkish waste management company, along Data Ganj Bakhsh Road in Sadiqabad neighborhood, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. At least one employee was killed and another employee was injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected that the attack may have been carried out by the Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State.
