08/22/2017: A suicide bomber detonated targeting a local self-defense group in Am Chide, Mayo-Sava, Extreme-North, Cameroon. In addition to the assailant, at least four vigilantes were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
