Incident Summary:

09/26/2017: An assailant armed with a pistol opened fire on security personnel at the entrance to Har Adar, West Bank, West Bank and Gaza Strip. Three people, including one border police officer and two security guards, were killed and one security guard was injured in the attack before the assailant was shot and killed. A Palestinian extremist, identified as Nimer Mahmoud Ahmad Jamal, claimed responsibility for the incident.
