10/02/2017: An assailant set fire to the office of Bill Tang Ka-piu in Yat Tung Estate neighborhood, Hong Kong, China. Ka-piu, a local district councilor, was not harmed as there were no reported casualties in the incident. This was one of two arson attacks carried out by the same assailant on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
