Incident Summary:

10/12/2017: At least two suicide bombers detonated explosives-laden vehicles near refugees in Abu Fas, Al Hasakah, Syria. In addition to the two assailants, at least 17 people were killed and 100 other people were injured in the blasts; the victims included Asayish officers, Hawar News Agency journalists, and civilians. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
