Incident Summary:

10/23/2017: Assailants abducted three Palestinian workers from a tunnel in Gaza, Gaza Strip, West Bank and Gaza Strip. The three hostages were taken into Egypt and were released on the same day. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sinai Province of the Islamic State.
