Incident Summary:
10/27/2017: An explosive device planted in the vehicle of Tawfiq Abu Naim, a Hamas security chief, detonated outside of a mosque in central Gaza, Gaza Strip, West Bank and Gaza Strip. There were an unknown number of injuries as a result of the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sinai Province of the Islamic State.
