10/29/2017: Assailants stabbed and killed Erkan Sharif, a photojournalist, at his residence in Khur Si, Daquq, Kirkuk, Iraq. Sharif's family was also briefly held hostage during the attack. Asa'ib Ahl al-Haqq claimed responsibility for the incident.
