Incident Summary:

11/04/2017: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at a refugee center between Deir ez-Zor and Jafrah in Deir ez-Zor governorate, Syria. In addition to the assailant, at least 75 people were killed and 140 other people were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
