Incident Summary:

11/21/2017: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden pickup truck at a market in Tuz Khormato, Saladin, Iraq. In addition to the assailant, 36 people were killed and 85 others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) carried out the attack.
