Incident Summary:

11/24/2017: Assailants opened fire on Pakistani Police officers after they were asked to stop at a checkpost along Sargodha Road in Nishatabad neighborhood, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. At least four assailants were killed in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Jamaat-ul-Ahrar faction of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
