Incident Summary:

11/24/2017: Assailants abducted five civilians in Kibirizi, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The five hostages were executed later the same day. This was one of two similar attacks in the area on the same date. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected that the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) was involved.
