11/27/2017: Assailants attacked Numbi, South Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. At least four people, including two soldiers and two civilians, were killed and three people were injured in the assault. Additionally, a miner was abducted, and the outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Nyatura Militia.
