11/27/2017: Assailants opened fire on a police checkpoint in Jisr al-Wadi neighborhood, Arish, North Sinai, Egypt. This was one of two attacks targeting checkpoints in Arish on this date. At least three assailants were killed and two assailants were injured across the ensuing clashes. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.
