11/28/2017: An explosive device detonated at a Unified Communist Party of Nepal: Maoist (UCPN-M) and Communist Party of Nepal: Unified Marxist-Leninist (CPN-UML) election rally in Lalitpur, Province 3, Nepal. There were no reported casualties in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that the Communist Party of Nepal - Maoist (CPN-Maoist-Chand) carried out the attack.
