Incident Summary:

12/04/2017: Assailants opened fire on Iran Water Resources Management Organization engineers and Iran Border Guard Police officers in Maku, West Azerbaijan, Iran. At least two officers were killed and three other people were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the Kurdistan Free Life Party.
