12/13/2017: Security forces identified and arrested two suicide bombers in an explosives-laden minibus in Bahcelievler, Istanbul, Turkey. The vehicle, intended to target the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) summit, was defused. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attempted attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
