12/22/2017: Assailants opened fire on Congolese Army soldiers in Lulimba, South Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. At least eight soldiers were killed in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Mai Mai Mazembe Militia.
