Incident Summary:

12/22/2017: Assailants attacked military personnel who were protecting engineers for the Arghandi-Ghazni power line in Saydabad district, Wardak, Afghanistan. At least one soldier and 10 assailants were killed and two soldiers and six assailants were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
