12/28/2017: Assailants fired rockets at Kirmizikaya military base in Cukurca district, Hakkari, Turkey. This was one of two related attacks targeting bases in Cukurca district on this date. At least six soldiers were injured across both incidents. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
