Incident Summary:

02/12/2018: Two assailants equipped with assault rifles launched a fidayeen (suicide) attack at a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp in Karan Nagar area, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Three people, including the two assailants and one CRPF officer, were killed and another CRPF officer was injured in the ensuing clash that continued until February 13, 2018. Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) claimed responsibility for the incident.
