02/21/2018: An explosive device detonated targeting a military patrol in Hacari district, Norte de Santander, Colombia. One soldier was killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Los Pelusos subgroup of the Popular Liberation Army (EPL).
