Incident Summary:

02/22/2018: An assailant threw a grenade at the United States Embassy in Podgorica, Montenegro. He then detonated another grenade, killing himself; no other casualties were reported in either blast. The assailant, identified as Dalibor Jaukovic, claimed responsibility for the attack in a suicide note. Sources also noted that Jaukovic had recently posted on his Facebook page, "Montenegro it's a shame that fascists are closer to us than Russians" and "No to NATO."
