Incident Summary:

02/24/2018: An explosive device detonated in front of the and Records Department Office in Sittwe, Rakhine, Myanmar. There were no reported casualties in the blast. This was one of three similar attacks that took place in Sittwe on the same day. No group claimed responsibility; however, source attributed the attack to the Arakan Army.
