02/24/2018: Assailants abducted Animbom Aaron Akiabom, the regional delegate for social affairs, from his vehicle in Ambo, Batibo, North-West, Cameroon. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. The Ambazonia Defense Forces (ADF) claimed responsibility for the incident and demanded that the government show proof of life of detained Ambazonia leaders.
