Incident Summary:

03/06/2018: Assailants armed with projectiles and firearms attacked Syrian Army posts in Al-Bahsa, Lattakia, Syria. An unknown number of assailants were killed and injured in the ensuing clash. This was one of three incidents targeting military checkposts near Jabal al-Qalat Mountain on the same day. The 1st Coastal Brigade of the Free Syrian army claimed responsibility for the attacks. Sources also attributed the incidents to Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham, the Turkestan Islamic Party, and Tajamo Ansar al-Islam.
