Incident Summary:

03/14/2018: A suicide bomber detonated at the Pakistani Police Nisar Checkpost in Raiwand, Punjab, Pakistan. In addition to the assailant, at least 12 people were killed and 28 other people were injured in the blast; the victims included police officers and civilians. The Maullah Fazlullah Group faction of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility and stated that the attack was carried out in retaliation for the death of several of the group's supporters.
