04/22/2018: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden belt targeting a voter registration center in Dasht-e-Barchi, Kabul, Afghanistan. In addition to the assailant, 69 people were killed and 120 people were injured in the blast. The Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident.
