Incident Summary:

05/10/2018: Assailants opened fire on a police checkpoint in Dorahi, Farah, Afghanistan. At least 23 soldiers were killed and two soldiers were injured in the attack. In addition, five police officers were abducted; their whereabouts are unknown. This was one of three attacks carried out in Farah on this day. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incidents.
