05/15/2018: Assailants abducted at least nine World vision aid workers from a convoy along Yambio-Tombura road, near Yangiri, Gbudwe, South Sudan. The nine aid workers were rescued on May 18, 2018. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sudan People's Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO).
