Incident Summary:

06/21/2018: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near Carlton Hotel in Idlib, Syria. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Idlib in a short period of time. At least eight people were killed and 40 other people were injured in the blast; the victims included Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham members and civilians. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
