06/25/2018: Assailants shot and killed Maher Mohammed Shaaban, an Al-Arish radio station employee, in his home in Al-Dehisha, Arish, North Sinai, Egypt. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sinai Province of the Islamic State and suspected that the attack was related to the victim's support for the government.
