06/15/2018: Assailants intercepted a train in Malela, Maniema, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Eight people, including six soldiers, were briefly held hostage and goods were stolen during the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Mai Mai Malaika Militia.
