06/30/2018: Assailants attacked volunteer fighters in Mahus, Hawijah, Kirkuk, Iraq. Five volunteer fighters were killed and another three were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
