Incident Summary:

07/20/2018: Assailants abducted Special Police Officer (SPO) Mohammad Saleem Shah from Mutalhama, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Shah was shot and killed and his body was discovered the following morning. Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources also attributed the attack to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
