08/11/2018: Assailants attacked an internally displaced persons (IDP) camp in Tariq al-Mattar, Tripoli, Libya. At least 77 people were abducted and the camp was destroyed in the assault. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Ghniwah Militia.
