Incident Summary:

08/16/2018: Assailants attacked Iranian border guards along Barda Buk Road, Awayi Blasan, Baneh, Kordestan, Iran. Four border guards were injured in the attack. The Zagros Eagles claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in retaliation for an operation conducted by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) against Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (KDPI) peshmerga members in Oshnavieh, Iran on August 10, 2018.
