08/31/2018: Assailants abducted Irfan Gulzar in Rahomo, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Gulzar, a sub-inspector, was released unharmed on August 31, 2018. Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the abduction was carried out in order to exchange the victim for the release of assailant family members.
