09/10/2018: A suicide bomber detonated their explosive vest outside the Hadithah Public Hospital in Hadithah, Al Anbar, Iraq. In addition to the assailant, at least one civilian was killed and three people were injured. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
