Incident Summary:

09/21/2018: Assailants abducted Kuldeep Singh from his residence in Bata Gund, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Singh, a police officer, was killed later on the same day. This was one of four coordinated attacks in Shopian on the same date. Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) claimed responsibility for the attacks. Authorities also attributed the attack to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
