Incident Summary:

09/21/2018: Assailants abducted Nisar Ahmad Dhobi from his residence in Kapren, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Dhobi, a police officer, was killed later on the same day. This was one of four coordinated attacks in Shopian on the same date. Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) claimed responsibility for the attacks. Authorities also attributed the attack to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
