10/06/2018: Assailants abducted Oleg Kozlovsky, an Amnesty International researcher, in Magas, Ingushetia, Russia. Kozlovsky was beaten and threatened at gunpoint before being released two hours later. An unknown group claimed responsibility for the incident and stated "Never come back and don’t write filth about Ingushetia."
