Incident Summary:

10/10/2018: Assailants opened fire on Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) members in As Susah, Deir ez-Zor, Syria. At least 28 people, including ten SDF members and 18 assailants, were killed and 25 other SDF members were abducted in the assault. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
