Incident Summary:

10/29/2018: Assailants attacked Fuqaha, Jufra, Libya. At least four people were killed and two people were injured in the attack. At least 11 people were abducted in the attack. Five hostages were rescued later the same day while six hostages were executed as of December 11, 2018. In addition, several government, security, and residential buildings were set ablaze during the assault. The Barqa Province of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident.
