Incident Summary:

10/31/2018: Assailants opened fire on laborers at a construction site in Ganz, Balochistan, Pakistan. At least five laborers were killed and three were injured in the attack. The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the workers were targeted to send a larger message that construction in the region without their consent is illegal.
